Play Rules

1. Socks are mandatory for parents and children. No shoes allowed in the facility.
2. No toys allowed on the climbing structure.
3. No climbing on the outside of the structure.
4. Children must go down the slide feet first.
5. No drinking, eating or gum chewing in the play area.
6. No sharp objects are allowed in the facility. We kindly ask you to use plastic utensils.

Party Rules

1. We require a $75.00 non-refundable deposit when reserving a birthday party.
2. Reservations are available on-line at www.enchantedcastle.info.
3. Please do not arrive sooner than your scheduled birthday party time.
4. We ask that you try to have a ratio of 1 adult for every 5 children during a birthday party.
5. We request that your party finishes at the designated time.
6. A $200 charge will be applied if you fail to do so.
7. An extra half hour can be purchased for $60, if available.
8. To ensure availability please let us know at the time of booking your party.
9. We kindly ask you to tidy up the party area at the end of your party and take all leftover food with you.

Enchanted Castle is an UNSUPERVISED play area. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their child’s safety. Enchanted Castle is not responsible for any injuries that might occur from unsafe or improper use of equipment. Improper use of equipment or rough play will result in the child’s removal from the play area.

Enchanted Castle is a nut aware facility. No peanut/nut products are allowed however WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE TO BE PEANUT/NUT FREE.

Note: If you or your child is not in their best health, please visit us when you are feeling better. It will make us feel better too! We do ask that you use hand sanitizer before entering the play area. Hand sanitizer can be found at the front desk and by the washroom.
